Kean eSports arrives, help us Climb Higher!
Kean University’s recently launched eSports program merges the university’s athletics competition with the growing industry of competitive video games. Kean’s eSports program houses more than 8 different teams and more than 50 student-athletes, varying in several different video game titles.
The eSports program has the reach for our teams to compete not only with neighboring New Jersey colleges, but also with colleges across the country, Division I, II, and III. Our goal is to continue expanding and developing the eSports program to be a staple for Kean University and ultimately benefit our student-athletes and Kean entirely.
Donations will be used to cover expenses for future eSports LAN or Remote national tournaments, on-campus eSports events for our student-athletes and student community, expenses for recruitment efforts, and student employment expenses for our awaiting eSports arena and other on-campus eSports jobs.
